How Do You Catch Ghosts?

Hunting Throw Food For Animals ghosts takes you into the Halloween areas, where spooky catches can give your pen a major income boost. Reach HarvestField and then PhantomHarbor by training your Throw Power and upgrading your food. These areas bring pumpkins, witches, and ghostly creatures into the same throwing-and-collecting loop you use for ordinary animals.

You catch these creatures by throwing food into their areas and waiting for a catch. The Halloween progression continues beyond ShadowRealm, with HarvestField followed by PhantomHarbor. Open the index and scroll down to find those areas and their collections.

Reach the Halloween Areas With Stronger Throws

The Halloween update adds Tier 15 and Tier 16 food. Your route toward the ghostly collection still depends on three connected upgrades: animal income, your pull-up stand, and food.

  1. Equip your stronger animals. Use Equip Best after collecting stronger catches so your pen benefits from their income.
  2. Upgrade your pull-up stand. Better workout equipment improves your training, helping you build the Throw Power needed to reach farther areas.
  3. Buy higher-tier food. Continue through the food shop as your earnings increase. Halloween food includes Golden Pumpkin, Hot Cider, and Phantom Lobster.
  4. Aim for a perfect throw. The throwing meter can award +20 power. Aim for that result when testing whether you can reach the next area.

Watch where your food actually lands. Buying another food item and reaching a new area are separate parts of progression; training remains important even after your income starts climbing.

If your throws keep landing in HarvestField, return to the pull-up stand and build more power before testing your distance again. Once you reach PhantomHarbor, keep throwing there to work through its collection.

Which Spooky Creatures Can You Collect?

The Halloween collection goes beyond a single ghost pet. HarvestField introduces seasonal catches such as Jack-o'-lantern and Witch Cat, while the later progression includes Ghost Pirate and Lich.

Other spooky catches include a witch and a Grim Reaper. Despite their appearance, these creatures fill the same practical role as your animals: place them in your pen to earn money.

Ghost Pirate appears as a 1 in 2 million catch, while Lich appears at 1 in 8 million. Phantom Lobster is used for throws into PhantomHarbor, including a catch of Grim Reaper.

Mutations add another reason to repeat throws. Diamond Jack-o'-lantern and Diamond Witch Cat appear in the Halloween collection, and Ghost Pirate also has a Ruby variant.

Compare income before replacing an equipped creature. A catch's appearance alone won't tell you how much it earns, and a mutated catch can change which animals belong in your active lineup. Use Equip Best after collecting new pets, especially when your pen still contains low-income animals from earlier areas.

Halloween Shop Pets and Optional Boosts

The Halloween shop also offers an egg and a Pumpkin Monster purchase. Keep those purchases separate from your goal of catching Ghost Pirate through food throws.

Pumpkin Monster scales to 900% of your best animal's income. That's nine times the income, rather than a 900% increase on top. For example, a best animal earning $300,000 per second gives Pumpkin Monster an income of 2.7 million per second.

Two permanent game passes support the underlying progression:

Game passPriceEffect
x2 Training Power149 RobuxDoubles XP from every pull-up
x2 Cash99 RobuxDoubles cash from every animal

Choose a boost around the part of progression you want to speed up. Training Power helps with pull-up XP; Cash increases animal earnings. Keep upgrading your food and training your throws as you pursue the Halloween collection.
