Throw Food For Animals Leaderboard: How to Climb Fast

How the Leaderboards Work

The Throw Food For Animals leaderboard rewards three different grinds: total money earned, most animals, and luckiest catch. For the money board, a huge cash-per-second number helps you earn faster, but your ranking tracks total earnings. Pick your target before spending your next upgrade.

BoardWhat it tracks
Total money earnedThe money you have earned
Most animalsAnimal count
Luckiest catchThe rarity of your catch

For a money-focused run, build your income and keep collecting earnings. Landing an exceptional animal can accelerate that climb, but the catch itself belongs to a separate ranking.

Check the board’s actual entry numbers before setting a goal. Reaching a new area or buying the final food is a progression milestone; keep watching total earnings to measure your money-board progress.

Build Income Through Training and Better Food

Your climb starts with the same loop that carries you through the game: train, throw food, collect animals, and reinvest their earnings.

  1. Upgrade your pull-up stand. Better stands increase your training gains.
  2. Train to raise Throw Power. More power lets you throw farther and reach additional areas.
  3. Buy better food. Food upgrades help attract rarer animals.
  4. Aim for perfect throws. The timing interaction awards a perfect result at +20.
  5. Place stronger earners and repeat. Animal income funds your next round of upgrades.

Balance food purchases with training. If your throws keep landing inside the same area, spend some time on the pull-up stand before trying again.

Reaching another area can produce a substantial income jump. A regular mantis shrimp earns 30 million per second, while a thunderbird from the mountains earns 800 million per second. Push toward the next area instead of spending every throw chasing one missing animal in an earlier zone.

Fill Your Plot With Stronger Earners

A powerful catch only helps your income when it is placed in your plot. Open Animals and use Equip Best after collecting stronger animals, especially when your plot is full.

Check the weakest animals you still have placed. Early catches earning hundreds or thousands per second can occupy space long after you start collecting animals worth millions.

Compare the displayed income directly:

  • A regular mantis shrimp earns 30 million per second.
  • A big seahorse earns 41 million per second.
  • A gold mantis shrimp earns 45 million per second.

That makes both the big seahorse and gold mantis shrimp stronger income replacements for the regular mantis shrimp.

Expand your animal capacity when you can fill the additional spaces with productive catches. Plot upgrades allow capacity to reach 20 animals, giving you more room to build total income. Keep upgrading the lineup alongside its size.

Judge Rare Catches by the Board You Want

Rarity and income measure different things. A spectacular catch can help your luckiest-catch ranking without being your strongest money maker.

For example, a Ruby Quawker with displayed odds around one in 445,000 earns 1.6k per second, while a gold lion with odds around one in 2,000 earns 3.1k per second. The much rarer catch produces less money.

For the money board, compare cash per second before choosing what to place. For the luckiest-catch board, pay attention to the displayed catch odds.

Size and mutation also matter when comparing animals. Ghost Pirate catches include combinations such as large diamond, huge ruby, and colossal rainbow. Compare each catch’s actual earnings and rarity instead of assuming that matching species have matching value.

Use the animal index to see what remains in an area. Once you reach Phantom Harbor, Ghost Pirate is the rarest animal shown there, making it a target for repeated endgame throws.

Understand the Halloween Shop Before Spending Robux

The Halloween shop includes a Pumpkin Monster that earns 900% of your best animal’s income. With a best animal earning $300,000 per second, that means 2.7 million per second from the Pumpkin Monster.

That scaling connects stronger normal catches to higher income from the Halloween animal. Keep pursuing better catches even after buying one.

The permanent passes affect two different parts of progression:

Game passPriceEffect
x2 Training Power149 RobuxDoubles XP from every pull-up
x2 Cash99 RobuxDoubles cash from every animal

Choose the pass that addresses your current bottleneck: training gains or animal earnings.

Lucky Throws require activation before throwing. Activate the boost before launching your food; purchasing it alone does not activate the effect. Server luck also has a 16x cap, so check its current level before buying additional increases.

Keep the purpose of those purchases clear. Cash and training boosts support progression, while luck boosts target better rolls. Your position on the money board still comes down to total earnings, so compare your growing income with the leaderboard target before spending more.
