Where to Buy Food in Throw Food For Animals

The Throw Food For Animals food shop lets you spend animal income on better food to attract rarer animals. Its 38 food items cover 16 tiers, starting with your pre-equipped Carrot and reaching the $1.8 DD Phantom Lobster. Keep money available for training-bar upgrades, too, since reaching animals in different areas also takes Throw Power.

The basic shopping and collection loop works like this:

  1. Throw your starting Carrot to attract animals.
  2. Place animals on your plot to earn money.
  3. Visit the Food Shop and purchase a better food item with in-game cash.
  4. Throw your new food and add stronger animals to your lineup.

Food rarity matters when expanding your collection. Higher-rarity food generally attracts rarer animals, giving you more opportunities to work toward the game's 128 animals.

How to Balance Food Upgrades and Training

Better food handles one part of progression; Throw Power handles distance. Train on pull-up stands to gain power, and upgrade your bars as you progress toward farther areas.

Throw Food For Animals — How to Balance Food Upgrades and Training

Work toward the next affordable upgrade

Watch the price gap between purchases. Moving from the $150 Banana to the $4K Toast takes a much larger cash reserve than buying the $30 Apple. Later, the jump from the $60 million Watermelon to the $650 million Croissant creates another substantial saving target.

Keep collecting and placing animals while you build that reserve. Their income funds both food purchases and bar upgrades.

Train when you need more distance

If your throws keep landing in the same area, spend time on pull-ups and compare the cost of your next bar upgrade with your next food purchase. Stronger throws let you reach farther biomes, while better food helps you attract rarer animals.

The route through Forest, Savanna, Desert, Jungle, Ocean, Mountains, and Taiga gives you progressively more areas to reach. Build your Throw Power alongside your food collection rather than spending every available dollar on food.

Keep your highest earners equipped

Compare each new animal's cash per second with the animals already on your plot. Use Equip Best after collecting stronger animals, especially when your plot fills up.

Individual catches can differ substantially in income. A Mantis Shrimp can earn $30 million per second, while a Seahorse can earn $20 million per second. Compare the actual earnings before replacing an animal, and keep improving your active lineup while saving for the next food tier.
