Which Pet Is the Endgame Target?
Searching for the Throw Food For Animals most expensive pet? Ghost Pirate is the endgame animal to chase for earning power in the Halloween build, with Ruby Ghost Pirate Infinite earning 32 DD per second. Its income makes the animal’s mutation and size worth watching closely when you compare catches.
Ghost Pirate sits at the rarest end of the Phantom Harbor animal index, above Lich. Getting the species is only part of the chase: a Large Diamond Ghost Pirate and an Infinite Ruby Ghost Pirate are different catches with different earning potential.
Two Ruby variants illustrate the income involved:
| Ghost Pirate variant | Cash per second |
|---|---|
| Ruby Titanic | 408 UD |
| Ruby Infinite | 32 DD |
Use those values as income comparisons. The large “1 in” number attached to a catch measures rarity, rather than a purchase price.

Rarity and Income Are Different Measurements
A spectacular catch animation does not automatically mean you have found your strongest earner. Earlier in progression, Ruby Quawker earns 1.6k per second despite catch odds around one in 445,000. Gold Lion earns 3.1k per second despite much shorter odds of around one in 2,000.

That difference matters when deciding which animals deserve space on your plot. Compare the displayed cash per second before replacing an animal, especially when you have just reached a new area.
The same principle applies to Ghost Pirate variants. A Rainbow Ghost Pirate Colossal carries one-in-four-billion catch odds, while the Ruby Infinite example earns 32 DD per second. Those numbers describe different things; rarity alone does not give you the animal’s income.
Keep three details separate when reviewing a catch:
- Species: Ghost Pirate, Lich, or another animal.
- Variant: Mutation and size, such as Ruby and Infinite.
- Income: The cash-per-second value you can compare directly.
How to Reach Ghost Pirate Territory
Reaching the final area starts with the game’s main progression loop: throw food, collect animals, earn cash, and reinvest in training and food.

- Upgrade your pull-up stand. Training increases Throw Power, helping your food reach farther areas.
- Buy better food. Food upgrades help attract rarer animals.
- Compare new catches with your current earners. Higher income gives you more cash for the next upgrades.
- Keep extending your throwing distance. Ghost Pirate belongs to the late-game chase in Phantom Harbor.
A setup with 6,000 Throw Power reaches the final area in the Halloween build. Use that as a progression benchmark rather than an exact unlock requirement.
Phantom Lobster is the final food reached in this progression. It is something you throw to attract animals, so keep it separate from the pets you are trying to collect.
What Lucky Throws Actually Change
Lucky throws can produce exceptional variants, but individual results still swing sharply. A run of 50 purchased lucky throws includes both modest results and a Ghost Pirate catch described at the end as one in 1.5 trillion.

Activate the lucky throw before throwing. Buying throws and using their effect are separate actions, and leaving the effect inactive wastes the opportunity to apply it to that throw.
Server luck can also be increased, with a 16x cap in the Halloween build. Avoid treating stacked luck bonuses as a promise of a particular pet: even heavily boosted throws can produce a less desirable variant.
Reach Ghost Pirate territory before spending on throws intended to chase that animal. Extra luck does not replace the Throw Power needed to reach its area.
Pumpkin Monster and Paid Income Boosts
Pumpkin Monster adds another spending decision. Its shop offer advertises 900% of your best animal, making your strongest catch relevant to the paid pet’s earning power.
Check your current best animal before buying one. A stronger Ghost Pirate gives you a different income baseline than an early-game catch.
Two permanent game passes offer separate benefits:
| Game pass | Price | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| x2 Cash | 99 Robux | Doubles cash earned from animals |
| x2 Training Power | 149 Robux | Doubles XP from each pull-up |
Choose between income and training based on your immediate goal. Use the cash effect to increase earnings from your animals, or the training effect to gain Throw Power faster. Keep those purchases separate from lucky throws, whose results still depend on the catch you roll.
